• Education: Bachelor's Degree (S1) or Diploma (D3) in Mechanical Engineering or a related engineering field

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of work experience as a Mechanical Engineer in the manufacturing or automotive industry

• CAD Skills: Proficient in design software such as AutoCAD, CATIA, Solidworks, or Creo

• Technical Analysis: Strong understanding of mechanical principles, materials science, and manufacturing tolerances

• Manufacturing Experience: Practical knowledge of precision manufacturing, machining, and assembly processes

• Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to identify and solve complex technical problems

• Communication: Strong communication skills in Indonesian and technical ability to explain concepts to a multidisciplinary team

• Additional Competencies: Experience with simulation software (ANSYS, ABAQUS) or knowledge of industry standards (ISO, JIS) is a plus
